What sets DeployKey apart from other key/service sellers?

  • We test and research our key suppliers to ensure they sell legit keys and build a relationship with our suppliers. We don't like to just buy and resell, we typically have a go-to supplier for products.

  • We handle services ourselves (unless otherwise stated) and have trust in what we sell. If a service were to not work for whatever reason and we can't fix it, we will give you a refund.

  • We spend hours writing, refining, and expanding our help documentation.

Are the products I purchase digital?

Yes, all our products are digital downloads, including software license keys, Designs, and the services we offer. There’s no physical shipping involved.

How do I receive my digital license key?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive your digital keys instantly via email and they will be visible in your account dashboard. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away.

Do I need to be present for installation/setup services?

Remote installation is available for most software and server setups. You’ll need to be available to provide access and follow any instructions during the process. We’ll guide you step-by-step.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure digital payment options (all payment methods are processed by PayPal).

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparency. The price listed on the product or service page is the final price.

Does DeployKey offer refunds?

We offer refunds on installation/setup services up to 7 days if the service was not performed correctly or as described. If there was an issue with how the service was executed, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll issue a full refund if the service was incomplete or incorrect. However, due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for license keys or digital downloads once they have been purchased. We highly recommend verifying the compatibility of the key or product before making your purchase. If you experience any issues with a key, please contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you in resolving it.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption to secure your personal and payment details. All payment information is processed through PayPal to protect you. Your privacy is important to us, and we ensure your information is handled securely.

Will my data be shared with third parties?

We will never share your personal or payment data with third parties except to process your orders and provide the services you request. We value your privacy.

What can I do if I'm having trouble activating a key?

Please contact support. Unfortunately, some software/services can be difficult with activation due to specific version installations, etc.

Are the keys legit?

Yes, we always buy test keys first from new suppliers and we stick with the suppliers we trust. We also soft check each individual key from bulk orders.

How we test keys from new suppliers:

Whenever we have a new supplier, we always buy a key and activate it on our test systems to ensure they work, are legit, and match specifications. The test keys are never resold to you as they are just for our testing purposed and usually can't be reactivated.

How we soft check individual keys from bulk orders:

Whenever we buy a bulk batch of keys from a supplier (this is after we have already tested the supplier and trust them), we may enter these keys into a key checker depending on the product (only some products support it). This soft check allows us to check the key to make sure it's a real key and it matches the product type/variant without actually activating it, allowing us to sell it to you.

For Windows keys, we use ShowKeyPlus.
